Peckham Rye is situated in south London nestled between East Dulwich, Honour Oak Park and Peckham.

The common has woodlands, ornamental gardens, and the river Peck runs through it.

Peckham's 18th century claim to fame is that artist William Blake, is said to have seen visions whilst on Peckham Rye as a boy - a tree filled with Angels.
